Holiday Return Policy

Items purchased at the BotFeeder Online-Store that are received between November 1, 2014 and December 25, 2014, may be returned through January 10, 2015. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the BotFeeder Online-Store Sales and Refunds Policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25, 2014 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.


Standard Return Policy

When returning a product you purchased from U.S. or Canada BotFeeder Online-Store, please keep in mind a few important things

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from BotFeeder Online Store can be returned to BotFeeder. BotFeeder Premium-ABS-Filament & BotFeeder Premium-PLA-Filament purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Filaments that have been used do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

How to Return An Item

Ship your item back to BotFeeder

To return an item to BotFeeder, please notify us through email. After notification, please repackage the BotFeeder-Filament using original packaging. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box with packing slip.

Choose the national postal service for your location to return your item. Follow the packaging instructions provided by the national postal service. You can either schedule a pick up with the carrier or drop off the package at any of the carrier’s locations.

Additional steps are required when shipping an item over $2,500 from Puerto Rico to the continental United States:

  1. Locate the commodity code of your item at BotFeeder Global Trade Compliance
  2. Please download and fill this return form
  3. Attach the return form inside the packaging box

Bring your item to BotFeeder

You can always return the item to Toronto BotFeeder Retail Store. An BotFeeder Specialist will assist you with your return. Your refund will be processed at that time.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancel request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • Products purchased from the BotFeeder Online Store using an BotFeeder Store Gift-Card will be refunded to you as an BotFeeder Store Gift-Card by email within 3 business days. If you’d like us to mail you an BotFeeder Store Gift-Card, ask the representative helping you. You will receive it within 8 business days via Canada Post. If you purchased an item from the BotFeeder Online-Store and are returning it to an BotFeeder Retail Store, you’ll receive an BotFeeder Store Gift-Card by email within 3 business days.
  • If you paid with a money order, cashier’s check or other cash equivalent, you will be refunded in the form of a check from BotFeeder, which will be mailed to your billing address. Please allow about 10 days to receive your check from the time we receive you return.

Exchange an item

If you purchased your item from BotFeeder in the U.S., you can take it to any U.S. BotFeeder Retail Store for an exchange. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability. It’s a good idea to check in-stock availability by calling the BotFeeder Retail Store, or by viewing the product on the BotFeeder Online-Store to see if the item is available for pick up locally.
